Chad Teets
Lieutenant Chad Teets (WCSO) is a BJJ black belt and EFC train the trainer instructor with over 23 years of experience between his LE and Military careers.
Justin Rundles
Lieutenant Justin Rudles (KSP) is a 1st degree BJJ black belt under Royce Gracie and former academy instructor with over 22 years in various disciplines.
Will Vincent
Deputy Will Vincent (ICSO) is a BJJ black belt and certified EFC instructor, also possessing an extensive background in competition and collegiate wresting

Thursday 2/26
Doors open 0815
Registration 0815-0845
Opening 0900-0930
1st Session 0930-1130 – No Gi
Lunch / Open mat 1130-1300 – Lunch provided (Jimmy Johns or similar)
2nd Session 1315-1530 - Gi
Open mat 1530-1630
Friday 2/27
Doors open 0830
1st Session 0900-1100 - No Gi
Open mat / Lunch 1115-1245 – Lunch provided (Taco bar or similar)

If you have a dietary restriction, please plan accordingly.
Water, Gatorade and hydration packets will be available along with fruit and snack bars.
What to wear:
No Gi : Shorts / sweats or leggings and T shirt / Rash Guard top
- Note if you wear a “normal” t shirt it will probably get ripped so wear an old one or wear a “compression” style top.

Gi : A traditional BJJ Gi or BDU/Training Pants and Top or old sweatshirt
– No belts that could rip the mats IE. 5.11 “Tactical” rappelling belts – wear a simple Velcro one.
Wrestling shoes, sock feet or barefoot . Bring sandals or crocs to slip on for moving from the gym (mat space) to conference room where lunch will be at (across the hallway).
– No boots or tennis shoes allowed on mats.
No Gun Belts or Duty gear will be needed or allowed in the Gym.
