Jay Wadsworth

Jay Wadsworth is the director of the EFC and a 3rd degree BJJ Black Belt with over 22 years of experience between his LE and Teaching/fighting careers

Chad Teets

Lieutenant Chad Teets (WCSO) is a BJJ black belt and EFC train the trainer instructor with over 23 years of experience between his LE and Military careers.

Justin Rundles

Lieutenant Justin Rudles (KSP) is a 1st degree BJJ black belt under Royce Gracie and former academy instructor with over 22 years in various disciplines.

Will Vincent

Deputy Will Vincent (ICSO) is a BJJ black belt and certified EFC instructor, also possessing an extensive background in competition and collegiate wresting
